Google Webmaster Tools Survey

Have you know about Google's Survey in Webmaster tools? Yesterday, when I have logged in Google Webmaster Tools to check out one of my client's sites summary, indexing status and to have proper diagnostics including Web Crawl, Content Analysis and Statstics by Google for the site, I got a link in the Overiew section -

Tools user survey and help us improve.

which will take me to a online Survey page having five scrolls, a big form of Questions and options to answer them like I am sitting in a online test.

This survey includes many questions regarding your statisfaction about the tools and even the best characteristics of your site also.

I don't understand whether Google wants to survey about the webmasters satisfication about the tool OR they want to know about their sites and want to force to use their tools.
