A incubation model i propose for the itvidya community.Need community feedback

I propose a model wherein there will be a link on itvidya where a user can submit his business idea or b plan.
The idea will be kept secret to protect the interests of the contributer.It ll be evaluated by a panel of experts selected by the itvidya team led by ajay.
If found feasible , necessary help in terms of IT and other domain competencies needed and the resources needed ll be worked out.
The panel will comprise of entrepreneurs like Anand Chhatpar, etc and will leverage the community resources and skills to further develop the plan into a robust business model.
Incubation and formation of a core team to work on the plan will be taken up.Needed skillsets will be added as and when needed through recruitments.
And through a consortium of agencies like Nirma labs , indiaco.com, etc the commercialisation of the venture can be achieved.
To start with ideas in the following functional and technical areas are invited :
1. Real estate
2. Financial Services.
3. Web portal based B2C and B2B services.
4. Mobile applications and mobile services.
5. Consulting business models.
6. Food processing and all food related businesses.
7. Medical and healthcare.

All in general and Anand in particular, if you are reading this please let me know if it makes sense or we can modify it or come up with a similar better plan. My intent is to engage the community in a more intellectual and interactive manner thus benefiting everybody.

Dear All,
Please pour in your suggestions and comments so that we can make this or a similar model feasible.
I m also looking to connect this plan to angel investors who unlike VCs (who seem to me to be more of investment professionals) are mostly serial entrepreneurs and technocrats who can take a longer term view.
