Ace the Interview

I was just Jotting down some of my Experience and I found that Its really easy that some one can drive his interview as he wants yes I Know Friends what are you thinking not all the times as HRs are also getting smarter and sharper but you can always be more confident whenever you know more about yourself. In G.G.Network Private Ltd. I was working as a Systems Engineer. Company is very small but work assigned to me was very nice my key responsibilities were managing smart card operation(Installation and maintenance) and Creating MIS reports.

Name Some leading smart card companies?
How it works(Petro cards,smart cards transactions)
In which server you used to work.
Why IIS?
What are the major server related problems ?
What are the other servers available in Linux and windows?
What exactly a systems engineer does? How it is different from managerial activity?
How bigger your team was?
How many employees in organization?
What is the annual turnover of the company?
Who was your immediate boss? What was his designation?how was your relations with him.

I The Same manner you Can also Make Your own Question and answer sheet and dont worrey if in one interview HRs dont ask the same question In the next definitely they will ask the same as you have prepared.Afterall HRs are also Human beings.
