Building a start up team. Looking for Software Developer willing to work for equity

We are building a team for a software product developing start-up company. We are looking for a software engineer fitting the following profile. I would be obliged if you could pass this communication to genuine people you may know.
professional requirements
• Solid foundation in computing technologies/computer science, ability to learn new technology quickly,
• Skill sets – web application development in open source platform
• Language – C++, Java, Python, any commercial database platform
About the project
For the last one year, we were working on a software product, in the web search area/net working, which will give more qualitative, context based search results. It is very simple, and elegant concept but still not implemented or not thought on those line by big search engine companies.
As the development cycle is going on, now we lack the expertise of a software developer, with good fundamental knowledge on Object oriented programming, data base technology and networking architecture besides experience in programming language like C++, Java. Even though, this project is started as based on a single idea, we had now evolved to a stage that, with development of unique technology, we can develop very useful software products and services which are all next generation. In a sheer coincidence, the software products in our mind, are same as the top VCs wanted.

Salary and other conditions
As this project involves more research/innovative product development cycles, we are not able give you fixed amount of salary every month. Rather I am looking for committed work and technical development for six months, and then with the product to show to VCs, we will get more funds to manage our salary (including for time, where we have not get fixed salary), expansion plans. Incase, if we fail to attract any VCs within one year of starting of project, I will pay for you as lump sum (which will negotiate during our discussion). As we are yet to afford, a permanent office, for the first six months we can work from our present settled places, with one/two weekly meeting. Weekly hours, we expect to commit is 40 hrs/or equivalent quantum of work. Incase if you have more financial commitments/needs, you can continue to work in your present job, and take this as a part time job, without compromising the committed time and work quantity.
If money is not your immediate requirement and you are comfortable, to work for a share of equity in the project, you are welcome.
