Challenges in managing projects

I was thinking since quite sometime as a College sudent that Project Management is not an unmanageable function. But when time came to face it in reality, I would say that this was a most challenging task since it involves 3 main elements a person could manipulate / extrapulate with success, which People. Process & Technology.
