So lets begin with addressing the headline of this post "Demystifying Innovation". After helping few organization move through the learning curve of innovation in India, here is what i have discovered about innovation in business conext.

To put it simply, Innovation is nothing else but an Idea turning itself into a value. Organizations run pilar to post to get this equation right. What i do is help businesses move through the process of a mere idea to generation of value. Thats what i see as one of my role to shape up the new economy.

If anyone from now on asks you what is innovation. Dont even bat your eyelid and answer, "Well! Its nothing else but turning an idea into a value generating engine.

The key thought . To get a great idea, first work on getting lots and lots of idea.
