ITVidya.com's purpose is to bridge the gap between what IT Professionals are capable of and what they actually achieve. It's very simple, we at ITVidya.com want IT Professionals to achieve much more in their life and career. Launched in Oct 2005, So far we have over 11,000+ members and types of members include IT Entrepreneurs, Non - IT Entrepreneur wanting to leverage IT, Software developers, Creative Designers, Web Content Developers, Branding and Marketing Experts, Sales and Marketing Professionals, Angel Investors, Business Consultants, Mentors, Coaches, Trainers, Venture Capitalists, Students, Academicians.

Institute of Professional Studies (IPS) is established in 2008 by the Pragati Group which provides excellent third-party logistics services to a number of multinationals over the last decade.

Objectives
Diploma in Logistics
IPS is shortly (July, 2008) launching its first course – a Diploma in Logistics – specially for those who are planning to pursue a career in the areas of Logistics, Supply Chain Management and related areas at the entry and middle levels and also for working professionals looking to upgrade their knowledge and improve their professional skills. The course has a duration of one year comprising 3 trimesters with the third trimester reserved for Industrial Training and Project Work.

The Story so far………
Introduction
Entrepreneurs International, incorporated in 1995 by young group of professionals with a moto to provide a sound platform for the budding entrepreneurs for their development. Today it has become group of large number of entrepreneurs from all walks of life, sharing their expertise and energy to nurture the entrepreneurs spirit in the society. Entrpreneurs International is a Govt of India Registered Trust, which is desirous of bringing Industrial growth, and to promote International brotherhood and entrepreneurship.
The main objects of Entrepreneurs' Club are
We have three active clubs : Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad and Baramati with a total membership of over 100 members. Club members meet once in a week and have various programs like interaction on specific topic, interaction with senior (non member) entrepreneur, guest lecture etc. Members’ informal interaction outside these formal programs is equally important for bonding.

Winning Edge
The Story so far………
Challenge:
To increase the circulation of Winning Edge from its present number of 10,000 copies to 25000 copies in the next 12 months.
Background:
Winning Edge is a premium magazine focused on sales and marketing in India, launched in December 2006. Winning Edge covers sales, marketing, advertising, PR, customer relations, retail and personality development. The emphasis is on providing information that people can actually use to get ahead in their careers or increase their business.
Competitive Differentiators:
The other magazines in the sales and marketing space are Impact, Pitch, 4Ps, USP Age and Brand Reporter. The exact circulation figures for each of these are not known to us, however, many of them claim to have higher figures of about 30000 to 40000 copies.
Distribution:
Winning Edge is sent out by courier to a database of 10000 marketing professionals all over India. Many of these opt to become paid subscribers over time, however, many copies are also sent free. The objective of distributing in this way is to ensure that the magazine reaches the target readers. This way, it becomes a medium that makes sense for advertisers who want to reach this audience. This has been helping to attract advertisers over the last few months.
Challenges:
The distribution of magazines through news stands or book shops has to be done through a distribution agency. The standard terms offered by these agencies do not make sense financially. A small company like Ad Astra Media, the publisher of Winning Edge, cannot survive if magazines are distributed using this method.
Given this constraint, what are the ways in which the circulation growth can still be achieved within the next 12 months.
