ERP in ASP.Net with source code

We are looking for an ERP system in ASP.Net which we want to customize and offer to our clients with one or more of the following modules:
Accounts
Payroll
Inventory
Purchase

Basically we want some framework in place so that we can concentrate more on the functional parts.

Open Source or not. Can anyone suggest us any sources?

inventory & invoicing in ASP

i can arrange the inventory , invoicing software in asp & backend is in ms access. You can modify it.

You have a rare requirement! An open source ERP in ASP.net? May be you may get some under Microsoft's Shared Source Licensing. Just in case if you decide to look into Java based ERP for SMEs that can work on most operating systems you may like to try Samooha-S We are continuously improving the solution and it is companies like yours that can leverage the offering for your clients.

First of all thanks for the reply. I will look at your solution.
Open source is not a compulsion, we are ready to even buy.
We have an inclination towards ASP.Net because of our experience working with it.
