The Workshop:

* Introduces a practical framework for introducing agility and agile practices in organizations involved in the business of product development.

* Takes the participants through the methods of deploying agile practices into organizations by live examples of practice and hands-on of agile methods.

* Teaches the participants practical ways of integrating the agile practices to build a practical agile process management system.

* Takes the participants through practical templates for project and process management, process deployment tools and techniques for agile methods into a process management system.

* Teaches the participants about alignment of agile processes to quality frameworks like, ISO 9001:2000, CMMI ver 1.2. for development and discuss by examples the details of process area wise alignment with agile processes in product development scenarios.
