PAPER FORMAT: The format of submitted papers must follow the IEEE conference proceedings guidelines (i.e., 8.5" x 11", Two-Column Format (PDF: instruct.pdf; DOC: instruct.doc);Submitted papers will be undergoing through blind review of two independent experts. Acceptance Notification will be sent to corresponding authors on March-15.
