Hi,
I am one of the 200 and odd participants taking part in “FOSS for Education and FOSS solutions for Open Educational Resources” forum organized by UNESCO. The new session of the “FOSS for Education and FOSS solutions for Open Educational Resources” forum organized by UNESCO started on Sep 11. and Susan D'Antoni, IIEP, France addressed the virtual opening session by introducing Claude Martin as expert discussant and Boris Vukovic as rapporteur.
Many intersting views related to FOSS for Higher Education are shared, one of them being emerging areas of importance, which are Social Computing, Personal Broadcasting, Mobile Phones, Educational Gaming, Augmented Reality and Context-Aware Environments and Devices.

Ajay,
Thanks for posting your views. Parag shaw has already written to me and I visited his website, which is really good. At this stage we are concentrating on ELearning-2 and how we can implement it for FOSS. We have quite a No. of topics and the discussion keeps moving forward.
I will definitely let you know in case I require any help from ITVidya, and will definitely share whatever progress we make.
Regards,
Kumuda
