Get rid of Spams Part 2

In my ongoing research to dig deeper in the world of spam, I have found a few more useful softwares, websites which I want to share with you.

1. http://www.spamhaus.org/ Seems to be a great site. It tell you about spams, how to find them, even lists world's most successful spammers(there were a few from India too). Have some good tips to prevent spams. Have a blacklist database etc etc. Check out if you really want to understand the spamming in and out.

2. Combating UBE version 2 - UBE stands for Unsolicited Bulk Email and this site details steps we, specially ISPs should take to combat it. Check out: https://www.linx.net/www_public/community_involvement/bcp/ubebcp_v2

3. Mailwasher - This is an email client with inbuilt spam-filtering, spam-reporting options. Seems to be a good software, but I have not tested it. I have downloaded it and will probably testing it in next few days. You can download it for free from - http://www.mailwasher.net. They have a pro version too which is not free.
