Hits, Website Traffic, search engine placement and Page rank

As we all are know that hits are very important for our website for the seo pint of view, now I want to ask you that how we can get more and more hits and what are the methods by which we can get more and hits, and how this is related with the search engine placement and page rank.
Now let me explain one by one.
All of you have seen the link page of website, some one called it resource page, some called it useful link page etc but finally it is that page on which we place the back links of link pertnors, this page has no number of back links but its page rank is increase day by day did you think about this point? I think no ever, but as per as my idea the page rank is directly related with the hits of the page, means as much as our page will open at the different different places our page rank will be increase, when we send a link request to any person and send the link page that we are offer for the back link he just open that page and this is count a hit on the page and google think that this is MVP, have you hear about the MVP if not then this is nothing but most valuable page in the search engine point of view, now question is come how search engine know that this page is most valuable page, so I want to explain here that for every page there is log file on the server this log file has all the details about the page that how many times in a day this page open where open and from what query this page is open in which search engine so here I want to explain the benefits of the hits if your any page getting more hits then defiantly the page rank of that page will be increase and if a page is open several time then defiantly that page is getting more website traffic and once a page is getting more website traffic then this will be cached by the search engine very fastly as your resource page is, have you seen any keyword in your resource page like “link exchange” “back links” “add links” etc etc but when you search with these terms then you find the most of the pages that come is from the link exchange pages, why? Because they are get more and more hits for tis purpose only your mails and posting regarding link exchange is pointing that page so when any one is search with this type of the query then this page will come in the top, now my point is this as our resource page is get top position due to our mails and postings regarding link exchange our main page also get good search engine placement by this type of the work means we post our articles, blogs, forums, posting all should be full of our keywords and our related url must be with that then we will see after some time our all the pages will rank with all the keywords, but this works needs more labor Because may be your keywords are most competitive so you can also do some link exchange with the same methods like your keywords must be in the title and description Because this can give you permanent website promotion.
