How to move pages from google cash

Redirect with 3 to 4 second, use title tag “Page move”, it must haven’t no content, no meta tags, google will understand that pages are moved, and it will remove from google cash.

Example : meta http-equiv="refresh" content="4;URL=movedpage.htm"
