Dear Friends,

I have been invited to contribute a 3 page article on the use of ICT for Innovation. I have a few thought which I am compiling. If you have any pointers or case studies to share on how you have used ICT for driving innovation in your company, I will be happy to feature it in the article.

I will be more focussed on the sme sector, and primarily those in manufacturing, but other case studies are also welcome.

Hi Ajay,
pardon my ignorance but by ICT, do you mean Information and Communication Technology ?
And can you elaborate more on what sort of case stuies you would be interested in ? Maybe a success story or even an pseudo-example would suffice.
