services, SOAP.
• Experience working through an entire life cycle of a web-based service from concept,
implementation, testing to maintenance.
• Ability to work closely with customers, provide technical support in understanding customers'
requirements and translate these requirements into technically viable end-to-end solutions
including implementation details.
• Experience with databases such as Oracle, Postgres, Sybase, mySQL, Ingres and/or Informix.
• Familiarity with application level network protocols (e.g., HTTP and/or SSL).
• Excellent communication and relationship skills along with being a strong team player.

Responsibilities:

● Monitor and maintain large production infrastructure as part of the 24/7 on-call team
● Monitor and maintain product deployments in production hosting environment
● Troubleshoot product and customer issues
● Define, follow, and enhance Operations processes
Qualifications:
● Strong knowledge of Linux including configuration, shell, file system, cron, etc. a must
● 2+ years of SQL and database experience
● 2+ years of programming/scripting experience in Python or similar language
● Strong knowledge of Internet and Web technologies (HTML, DNS, HTTP, cookies, email, web
servers, etc.)
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Must be able to effectively multi-task, prioritize and delegate work, and be detail oriented
● BS in computer related field a must.
● Must be on call 24x7, in case operational issues arise.

● Find out problems with our systems data and escalate it to appropriate parties and get it fixed
● Help in guaranteeing SLA's to clients on the data delivery of our system
Qualifications:

● 1+ years of programming/scripting experience in Python or similar language a plus
● 1+ years of SQL and database design experience highly preferred
