Looking for skilled technical and functional professionals for a startup company

I m working on a next generation enterprise applications suite venture which is radically different from the existing business model of OEMs and has a lot of promise in line with future trends and paradig shifts.
I m looking for more professionals who want to explore more and want to participate in refining the technology architecture and functional richness of the solution including ERP, CRM, HRM and BI.
I am also looking for those esp. having experience in SAAS and Appliance based products & solutions in technology, functionalities, sales & mkting.
Once we form a team we can launch a protortype in coming 3 month and i have clients to sign up for evaluation.
Once this is done we are ready to go to VCs for funding.
