Loooking Freelancer for PHP MySQL Projects

First One is a online webbased collge management system including the following things:-
1. updateble student portfolio
2.Updateble course modules, schedules, their details and downloadable
course contents
3.Progrees report/exam result publication for students
4.email alert to parents for specific points
5.parents can search and see students report and other deatils after
login
6.General searchable and updatable other informations regarding the
institution

Second one is a file maangement system.
