Managing Global Diversities, a talk by Dr Ganesh Natrajan

Hi Friends,

Yesterday I attended a seminar delivered Dr Ganesh Natrajan I
would like to share his views on the trends in the IT sector and challenges
faced by HR personnel in managing global diversity

Dr. Ganesh Natarajan has been one of the most successful
professionals in the Indian Information Technology Industry, having been part
of two major success stories in IT Training and Consulting, NIIT and APTECH.
During his ten year stint as CEO of Aptech he grew the company’s revenues fifty
times and listed it on the Indian and London Stock Exchanges.

A Gold Medalist in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial
Engineering, Ganesh has recently completed his PhD in Knowledge Management at
IIT Bombay. He is the author of three McGraw Hill Books on Business Process
Reengineering and Knowledge Management and has also authored a book and many
articles on the Indian IT Industry.

He currently holds leadership positions in CII and NASSCOM.

A professional who has spearheaded one of Asia's
major Corporate Success Stories, Dr Natrajan brings with him a rare insight
into the Imperatives for Success in Information Technology Consulting. His current
Research interests are Inspirational Leadership and Knowledge Management
Maturity and he is helping many Corporations and Governments worldwide in
planning and implementing these initiatives.

Dr Natrajan is the CEO of Zensar Technologies and he
transformed the organization from a loss making one to a profit generating one.

Zensar and the art of innovation

Troubled times can either destroy a company or bring out the
best. Bad times have brought out the best as the company has managed to buck
the slowdown and is now poised to leapfrog into the big league. Zensar
transformed itself from a duckling to a swan using innovative practices under
