My Journey and My Company.

My Journey as an enterpreneur had never been easy. I joined vinayRas Infotech in the year 2005 just after completing my MBA. My background was totally different from IT. When i joined i had difficulties understanding small things, communicating with clients. I lacked the so called professionalism in todays language.

I had difficulty communicating with my employees because of my age difference.

I knew i had to manage it and learn things. You believe it or not i used to work in office hours and when i would go home i used to read books and various article as how to Improve myself. Tough things became easier for me. I was able to mange my office now and i am learning new ways of managing it.

And yes i learnt a lesson that in Business you need to be promt and you need to deliver the best to survive in the competitive environment. And here in this profesional world only your work speaks. Neither your age matters nor your designation matters. If you work good you get respect and if your work is poor no body even bothers to listen to you.
