OssBarCampMumbai is proposed to be a camp where we brainstorm/ share ideas/ discuss on the latest in open source world, web technologies. It is an intense event with discussions, demos, and interaction from attendees.

Attendees are strongly encouraged to give a demo, a session, or help with one. You can help by taking notes on the wiki, blogging the event, helping to promote the event, or helping with logistics.

* MySQL Optimization by Sonali Minocha, India's First MySQL Certified Instructor & Consultant. She is regular speaker in Meetups and other events.

* High Performance using MySQL by Shantanu Oak: Mr. Shantanu Oak is one of the well-known experts in the field of Corporate training. He has written a book on MySQL "Introduction to MySQL" published by Shroff Publishers, that will help beginners to understand SQL concepts. He was a speaker at FOSS.IN at Bangalore in the year 2005 and does not miss an opportunity to talk at barcamps.

* MySQL Backup & Recoveries by K.K. George (KK): KK is the Director of Zmanda's India Development Center in Pune. He has 14 years of experience and has worked extensively in the storage domain. He also has extensive experience in setting up development teams in India for US based companies.
