Need a Creative Developer

I am looking for a Creative / UI developer to help us design a new Web 2.0 webApp. We have already started working, and the new team member would be expected to join the team and start working ASAP.

You would be responsible for complete design of the looks/ UI, imagery, controls/buttons etc of the website. The major code (JScript/ PHP) development will be done by the other team member(s) but your own ability to tweak the code / work with it will come in handy.

The project offers many chances to learn new things and an opportunity to work on a new upcoming webApp. However, we being a bootstrapped group, money will not be the driver for the work.

All of us are working professionals but have a passion for this project! We are looking for students/young professionals driven by ideas.

We are also open to anyone if he/she is not a necessarily master of UI/Creative work but is passionate about learning the same through the project. However, dedication and basic creative skills* are a must.

*Basic Creative Skills:
1. Ability to work with images through Pshop/ Fireworks etc
2. Ability to create basic HTML pages, CSS.
3. HTML/DHTML/Jscript basics
