On Nasscom Workshop in Pune

I spent the day of 21st May in a very good company. There couldn't have been a better choice than Anal Jain and Prat Moghe to guide the budding entrepreneurs in our happening country. They have tonnes of experience and a great passion to share it with their younger siblings. The sessions they took were to-the-point and full of ready-to-use advice and tips. Vishal, Samir, Hemir and Niraj added on with their personal stories and the VC perspectives respectively.

The discussion was further enriched by an overall good audience. It was limited, but I was glad to see a lot of budding entrepreneurs eager to step boldly into the software products arena. The speakers certainly encouraged to do so, so I am sure that the fence-sitters must have got excited enough to start penning down their business plans today. Most questions asked by the audience were pretty good and brought out the best of knowledge from the speakers.

To me, it was a great pleasure to see Rajiv Vaishnav after a long while. It was also very heartening to hear from Pratima and Vishwas that Pune is soon having its Tie chapter.

It was the best use of my time to be there, and I thank Ajay (IT Vidya) for recommending it to me.
