.Map the processes to IT systems
.Should be able to help in business process reengineering if required
.Proficient in using MS Office and Visio
.Excellent communication and presentation skills
.Knowledge of working in IT industry.
.Presentable
.Good team player
.Should be able to manage customer expectations independently
.No travel hang-ups
.Valid passport
