Using site maps for visitors to guide them through the navigation process may also help to a great extent. Search tools can help the visitors by taking them to exactly what they want.

Consistent Organization of the Site – The use of fonts, icons and colours should be consistent throughout the web site. Consistency gives a sense of continuity and sets a good impression.

Regular updating of the Site – It is essential to plan a calendar for the whole year so the sites are regularly updated. The keywords, listing in the search engines, latest services added to the site, information provided in the web sites, and links to other sites need to be regularly reviewed and updated regularly.
