You Can use Unicode Character in Visual Basic 6.0 and Onwords...

Here for Devenagari Script We Taking Mangal Font(Unicode Font).
Visual Basic 6.0 uses ANSI to display string due to this strings in unicode will be displayed like "????" in property window or anywhere in VB 6.0.

If you wish to use Mangal font (or any unicode character set) on Visual Basic 6.0 controls then you need to add "Microsoft Forms 2.0 Object Library"
