I had a pleasure to meet Prof. Amartya Sen in person today and got to hear his future project on a book on Reasons of Justice. Prof. Amartya Sen has won the Nobel Prize in Economics, Bharat Ratna ( highest honour awarded by President of India ) and several other award. He has also been presented with The Nasscom Global Indian Award for his pioneering work in areas of human development theory, welfare economics, social choice and several other thought provoking articles and books.
