Regarding help needed for building a professional team for a business model of next generation Enterprise Apps Suite.

I m a IT consultant based in Mumbai and i am working on a business plan that has the promise to disrupt the way traditional enterprise apps and OEM vendor deliver solutions to Enterprise customers. The plan combines the best of technologies in BPM, SOA, Virtualization, Open source, SAAS, Appliance and AI with a novel delivery model.
My ballpark revenue projections at present stands around 300 million USD in next 5 yrs based on certain assumptions but i m excited about the mkt potential.

The biggest constraint i have now is to find a good team comprising people from middleware, BPM, SOA, SAAS, Functional areas in HR, Finance, marketing/sales and customer support so that we can refine the busines strategy and execute parallely say how about based on the business strategy and technology solution, coming up with the best possible sales-marketing and support strategy, etc.

I m looking for ambitious and entrepreneurial people to help me in this endeavor and when we form the company in the next 3-4 months with funding, we can work out the roles fulltime or partime. We need to create a working prototype in the next 3 months and i have worked out a plan for that.

I am also looking at a partners ecosystem comprising startups and IT SMEs, boutique consulting outfits, ISVs to OEMs, etc who can benefit from the model and we can build a execution plan based on the profiles.
