B) Soft Skills:
The right candidate would have:
1.Good command over the English Language

5.An Innovative mindset that loves to take new challenges

C) Work Experience:
Some or all of the following experience will aid the candidate in delivering above expectations:
1.Experience in Leading a Team or at least in Independently delivering an entire ASP.NET/C# application by themselves
2.Having worked on ERP, CRM, Supply Chain based projects will be a great plus
3.A candidate having worked on offshore/onsite projects will be preffered
4.It is important to have a Strong background in OOAD with exposure to UML , Processes (ISO/SEI CMM process framework)
5.A thorough knowledge of SDLC is a must

Key Responsibilities:
Aspirant will be responsible for:

1.Software Development of business solutions using C#, ASP.net
2.System design, code review, performance engineering & performance tuning
3.Learning and working with tools required to ensure source code control, version management, issue tracking and documentation
4.Ensuring coding and development standards and conventions are followed
5.Analyzing performance of programs and taking action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor
6.Confirming with users to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. Resolving questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls
7.Clarifying technical issues pertaining to coding and testing of the design, refining database design and formulating final product
8.Participating in analysis and design meetings for the Product
9.Coordinating with other team members
10.Other duties as assigned
