looking for software to capture customer contact details/feedback at store??

we are looking for any software/any other ways where we can capture the customer contact details, feedback etc.

Try ACT from Interact Corp if you want a simple and sweet solution without any Campaign management features. Look at Sales Logix from the same stable if you want a highend stuff.
Alternatively you could opt for ASP solutions like salesforce.com or NetSuite.

I'm not currently a user, though plan to be signing up within the next couple of weeks, but I know a number of very successful Internet marketers swear by it, and use it for all their own web-sites.
It offers auto-responders, e-mail campaigns, payment handling, automatic upgrade to new e-mail campaigns when your prospects purchase a product you've been advertising, etc.
I believe there's a fairly cheap trial available for the full product ($79 per month).
