I do not think this is a blog content. Yet I am posting it as I posted the same in few forums. I assume this information to be of some use to IT folks here on ITVidya too.

Thinking and doing are 2 different aspects of life.

A million thoughts come into our restless minds. A few hundred ideas will look viable. All we can do is begin doing some work on one of the viable ideas.

At Zudha we have plan to get 1000 IT entrpreneurs up and running in the next 3 years.

Here's how it could work. We have created the infrastructure and the necessary kits called Samooha and Saukhya.

We would like to sign up with partners who will start providing the education and get their initial customers to sustain.

In 24 months they will get a few mid size businesses which they provide solutions to survive.

If they have got through 24 months and have begun to survive without our support we believe they have succeeded.

2 entrepreneurs per district will give us the figure of 1000 plus IT entrepreneurs as we can consider that in some cities 6-10 of them will be needed to support the businesses.

Samooha will take the nation to the world and bring the world to seek India as their sourcing hub directly through Samooha Networks.

We as a company will be focusing on developing our business in almost 150 countries and therefore 500 of such entrepreneurs can take themselves out of the country to establish themselves in those countries just the way they did with their experience in India giving way to some more in India to carry the baton.

If we can create an ecosystem of 1000 plus Indian IT entrepreneurs catering in their home districts then the ball will start rolling as the same can be applied in other sectors.

Entrepreneurship is the only answer to Indian advancement and entrepreneurship is not about thinking and dreaming. It is about envisioning and realizing. It is tough in India to be an IT entrepreneur as there is no easy money. But it is possible when people like me who have crossed the initial hurdles begin to look at others to provide some advantages which we were deprived in our journey of entrepreneurship.

I am currently working on a small programme that makes IT entrepreneurship a viable option for MBA aspiring candidates determined to go on their own if there is some support available.

The program we are offering is having 70% guaranteed success in IT entrepreneurship or 100% guaranteed job if the candidate fails to make it on his/her own in the 24 months period.

The aspirant just need to choose from investment options ranging from 1.2 lacs to 6 lacs to start a Pvt Ltd company after a 6 months incubation program that will be a JV between Zudha and the incubating entrepreneur.

There is absolutely no preference of qualification. All we look in a candidate is ability, integrity and commitment. The rest we know how to fill.
