Interview Practice New approach

I was just Jotting down some of my Experience and I found that Its really easy that some one can drive his interview as he wants yes I Know Friends what are you thinking not all the times as HRs are also getting smarter and sharper but you can always be more confident whenever you know more about yourself. I have Given here two different situation (Experience) and the question based on them.
