Streaming media solutions development

I need some freelancers and IT people in order to create a open source streaming media solution and a demo and a sample network infrastructure for prformance and high quality audio.video delivery.
We need it for a string of projects in the pipeline. I m willing to give a stake to the persons contributing/volunteering for this project.
