I always treat networking and groups as priority towards success.

I have 3.5+yrs experience in microsoft technologies. Also have good idea in CMMI level 5 apprisal and related processes as I was involved in apprising team in one of my past organization.

I would also like introduction from some of the financers here who would like to implement some good projects or like to go for ideas.

I would also like to take leadership if ITVidya community wants to have a seperate group of developers developing projects as virtual teams and getting profit shared within team.

Also like to take leadership in making several development compitions on this portal and getting sponsors for this events.
