I am a simple striaght-forward and a little reserved person. Got married in Feb 06. My wife is my business partner as well.

Business/Career Opportunities you want

I sincerely believe that although mobile penetration has improved a lot in India, people are still using them as talking gadets only. In my opinion mobiles of today have become mobile computers.

I see some users using advanced features of mobile phones, but major corporates still have not started using mobiles for their business applications.

I want to propose mobile business solutions to various companies from India. I think any company with some field force, with some field activity as part of their business can improve efficiency and productivity if they adopt a mobile solution in their business activities.

What would you like to offer to the Community and members of ITVidya ?

I can offer my advise and suggestions to anybody regarding which mobile or PDA should they buy, if they tell me their requirements. I want to specially get in touch with corporate heads and business leaders and tell them how they can adopt a mobile solution in their business and how can they benefit from it.

My Dream Project

There are many:

1. A mobile software which courier company use while delivering shipments to customers, instead of just taking sign on a paper, they can capture signature on PDA, which can directly be transferred to webserver and delivery status is updated instantly on website.

2. A mobile software which allows a big FMCG company to automate their sales operations. Saleman takes order on move on PDA and transfer to server directly.

3. A solution for Police department where on move police officers have a criminal records databaes on their mobile/pda always.

4. A handy mobile solutions for all the insurance agents where they can just take out their mobile and calucalte premium for a policy, suggest a policy, do tax benefit calculations and even use their mobile device for keeping a record of all their customers, get alert for their birthday's and anniversaries and also they can keep track of their income from commisions and bonus for policies they sold. I see it a calculator, CRM and accounting package rolled into one.

And list goes on... Those interested can get in touch and I will not stop talking until you want :-)
